Quality inspections
Initial Production Check (IPC)
The IPC- Initial Production Check is also known as pre-production inspection. This onsite product inspection can be effectively performed before the production process begins in the most effective manner. It involved the checking of the most suitable technique and raw materials to be
utilized for completing the order extraordinarily. Here, we clearly understand the importance of identifying potential issues as quickly as possible in the production process. Usually, it can be done between two to three weeks from the date order can be placed with the providers.
Midline Inspection -01
The Midline Inspection -01 is also known as In-Line Inspection. This can be conducted once some finished or unfinished products have come out of the production process involved out here. In case any quality issues have been found, then the complete focus will be given on certain processes and the experts will take the necessary steps to correct it. The initial products which go out of the line are mainly inspected for compliance in the Midline Inspection -01. In case any issues occur at this process, then our quality control inspector takes the right step without making any delay.
Midline Inspection -02
Our quality control inspector will proceed with the 2 nd midline inspection based on the suitable results which they got from the 1 st midline inspection. It is mainly to ensure the repairs or defects and then take the necessary action to correct it before it becomes a serious issue. The middle inspection also let the evaluation of the average product quality at the time of manufacturing.
Midline Inspection -03
As like the previous middling inspection, this 3 rd midline inspection is one of the detailed processes of quality assurance and packaging. This mainly focuses on filtering the complete errors that occur in the future too.
Final Inspection
The final inspection can be done once 100% of the shipment quantity is ready and finished to be packed. Even if it is 90% packed, it can be considered as a real random inspection. The major objective of this process is really to confirm the quality of shipment apart from struggling with major issues. This kind of inspection can be done via the Divisional Head of Merchandising and quality control inspector in a proper manner.
Comprehensive Inspection Reports: At Yuvaantar Consultants, we ensure that the product report can be sent to our clients on the same day while the inspection process is conduction. Mostly, 50% of the case, we can send the report on the same day. In case any delay happens, then the next day your report will be sent. The inspection report we are providing includes comments and detailed pictures.
Container Loading Inspection
